We know the people who make your book

We do not own the presses. We work with a small group of Polish printers we have used for years — and we know the individuals: the person who does the imposition, the operator standing at the press, the one who loads the pallet. That is where quality comes from.

The right press, not the only press

Because we are not tied to one printer, a 50-copy artbook and a million-copy catalogue go to two different places — each to the one that does that work best.

Checked by the person you talk to

Every file is gone through by hand — bleed, colour and resolution, and whether the specification actually suits the publication. Where a small correction saves a round trip, we make it rather than send the file back.

From imposition through the press to the loaded truck, the same two or three people know where your book is and what stage it is at.

What services do you provide?

We represent the best Polish printers, binders and finishing houses who specialise in books, catalogues and brochures. Basically, we can provide any product that involves ink and paper.

What clients do you look for?

We co-operate with a broad range of clients, from authors who want to print just one hundred books to huge corporations who print millions of catalogues per year.

Don't worry! We will walk you through the whole process. Before you start the file preparation, please contact us to avoid us redesigning the whole publication.

If you like reading ahead, our guide to preparing files for print covers bleed, colour and export step by step — but a call or an e-mail is usually faster.

What do you need to send me a quote?

The specification of the book itself, plus two things that are not about the book: the postcode the books have to reach, because freight is priced from it, and the date you need them in your hands. If something is still open, say so rather than leaving it out — we will quote the sensible options side by side.

Do you have a price list?

We do not have a price list as we do not provide ready-made products from the shelf. Every printing product is different. There are many things to specify, production is complicated and the material range is broad. Prices and availability change with time. So please send us an enquiry, with as much detail as possible, and we will send an offer as quickly as we can.

How long is your quotation valid?

Twenty-one days. Paper is the single biggest item in the cost of a book and the mills reprice it through the year. Change anything in the specification and you get a new quotation — or a line from us saying the price stands. You will not have to guess which.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For colour books we start from 50 copies. For black and white books, the minimum order is 100 copies. Any other products please send us an enquiry.

What are the leadtimes?

It depends on the specification and quantity. Please read carefully our quotation for details. If you have a special event or launch it is better to contact us in plenty of time.

Do you send samples of your previous productions?

For bigger projects we can consider that. Let's talk.

Do you check my files?

Yes, twice over. First the technical side — bleed, resolution, fonts, colour space, whether the spine width matches the paper you chose. Then the part software cannot see: a file can pass every automatic check and still come out looking wrong. When we spot that, we tell you what we would change and why. The decision stays yours.

Do you send a final product sample before the actual print?

We will send you something from a similar project. Please note there will be a charge for this.

Can I get printed proofs?

Yes. We can make colour certified proofs for selected pages of your publication. We recommend printed proof for photography and art books, where colour fidelity is important. Please note there will be a charge for this.

When your proof arrives, our guide to checking a proof explains what to look for and why a screen is never a colour approval. We go through it with you either way.

Where do you deliver?

Anywhere in the European Union, and outside it as well — we handle the export clearance ourselves, so it is not something you need to arrange. Tell us where the books have to land: your office, a warehouse, a distributor or a fulfilment centre. If it is a distribution centre, send us its delivery terms before we quote — booking window, pallet and labelling requirements, paperwork. Those rules decide whether a lorry is unloaded or turned away at the gate.

Is delivery included in the price?

Our quotation says so explicitly, one way or the other, along with everything else it does and does not cover. Freight should be a line you approved, not a number that appears at the end.

What payment options are available?

Bank transfer is the only option. Please note that we charge our clients in advance.

How is VAT charged?

If you are a business registered for VAT in the EU, we invoice at 0% and you account for the tax yourself under the reverse charge — send us your VAT number with the order. If you are not registered for VAT, we charge the rate that applies to books in your own country, and it is shown on the quotation before you commit. Outside the EU we invoice without VAT and take care of the export clearance; whatever is charged on arrival is set by your own customs authority.

What languages do you speak?

Łukasz speaks English and German, Miłosz speaks English, David speaks German and French. You can send us enquiries in any language. We will understand.
