Most of our notebooks are corporate: onboarding kits, trade-fair giveaways, employee gifts, dealer packs. We know what matters — the logo has to sit right, the colour has to match the brand book, and 3,000 pieces have to look identical.

Formats: A6 to A4 and custom, portrait or landscape. Interior: 70–100 gsm uncoated offset, ruled, dotted, squared, blank or fully printed 4+4; mixed interiors and printed section dividers are standard. Covers: hardcover on 2–3 mm board, softcover 250–350 gsm, leather-like Klon and Skivertex, linen, soft-touch lamination. Binding: sewn and glued, PUR, wire-o, spiral, glued pads. Finishing: hot foil stamping, blind and colour embossing, spot UV, rounded corners, elastic closure, ribbon markers, pen loops, index cuts, perforation, pockets. Personalisation: digital printing of names and numbering on covers or interiors.

Around 300 pieces for casebound notebooks and 500 for wire-o and pads. Below that, digital printing is possible but the unit price rises sharply — tell us your quantity and we will say honestly whether it makes sense.
Yes. We work with Pantone and can produce a certified colour proof before the run. For leather-like and linen covers we send physical material samples, because a colour on screen and a colour on Skivertex are two different things.
Typically 15–20 working days from approved files and proof, plus transport. Wire-o and pads are usually faster, complex finishing slower. For fixed dates — a trade fair, a conference — tell us the date first and we plan backwards from it.
Yes. Names, departments, numbering or individual dates are printed digitally. You send one spreadsheet in an agreed format and we take care of the rest.
We send samples of similar previous productions free of charge so you can feel the paper and cover material. A physical mock-up of your own notebook is possible at cost and adds a few days.
Print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed and crop marks, CMYK, fonts embedded. If you do not have that, our DTP studio prepares or fixes the files — including converting RGB and Pantone to CMYK.
