The deadline is the brief
Calendars are the one product where being two weeks late makes the whole run worthless. We work backwards from your distribution date, tell you the real last moment for file delivery, and hold that date. If the schedule is already too tight, you will hear it from us straight away rather than in November.
Photography that survives the press
Most calendars live or die on twelve images. Certified colour proofs, careful ink control and paper chosen for the pictures rather than the price list — the same approach we use for photo books, applied to a product that hangs on a wall for a year.

Frequently asked questions
For December delivery, send the enquiry by September and the print-ready files by early October. Later is often still possible, but the options narrow and express surcharges appear. If you are reading this in November, contact us anyway — we will tell you honestly what is still achievable.
Around 100 pieces, though it always depends on the specification. Tear-off blocks and complex desk constructions need more. Small runs are possible digitally at a higher unit price.
Yes. Logos, names and regional variants are overprinted digitally, and we can split the delivery to several addresses. Send one spreadsheet with the variants and the shipping list.
Yes. Tell us the markets and we will prepare the date grids, including name days and week numbering where that is expected. Our DTP studio handles the typesetting if you do not have it.
Certified colour proofs on the production paper before the run, and a press check if you want one. For calendars this matters more than for most products — twelve images stay on a wall for a year and every flaw has time to be noticed.
Yes, across the EU, including split deliveries to branches or distributors. Give us the addresses and quantities with the enquiry and transport goes into the quotation.
